The ingredient magnesium ascorbyl phosphate is precursor of ascorbic acid (vitamin C), an anti-oxidant that eliminates free-radical damage and helps the synthesis of collagen. But I don't understant what "Triple C" means.
The ingredient panthenol is a non-irritating, precursor form of Vitamin B. It appears later in the ingredient list than vitamin C which means the concentration may be less. Panthenol can penetrate skin and transform into pantothenic acid (commonly known as Vitamin B5). Panthenol maintains skin water retention and treats minor irritation.
The chamomile oil and chamomilla recutita flower oil both have moderate anti-inflammatory properties and therefore are effective acne treatments, which makes this product more suitable for slightly oily skin.
Overall there are no significant irritants in this product. However the ingredient benzalkonium chloride, which is an anti-microbial agent used as a preservative in skin-care products, can be a skin irritant and should be only used in rinse-off products.
