I wouldn't recommend using this product. There are more questionable than beneficial ingredients in it.

The ingredient propylene glycol (PG) appears as the fourth abundant ingredient. PG is derived from petroleum and used in cosmetics as solvents, surfactants, and wetting agents. It is used to enhance ingredient penetration and as a humidifying agent. It is easily absorbed through skin and is a potent skin irritant. PG could provoke skin irritation and sensitization at concentration as low as 2%. In fact U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a warning to avoid skin contact to prevent brain, liver, and kidney abnormalities. The fact that there is so much of it in here seriously raises concern.

Another alarming ingredient is chlorphenesin. It is alcohol used as a preservative in cosmetics. But the use of this kind of preservative is restricted in Japan due to potential health risk.

All in all the bad outweighs the good. Nothing eye-catching about the good anyways. Not worth trying.
