Judging from the ingredients, I don't see anything that will "unplug" pores. However there is a lot of silicone, which will fill in and make skin feel smooth and pore smaller.

The ingredient witch hazel extract has potent antioxidant properties, but it is also prone to irritation and sensitization due to its alcohol content. Plus this is a peel-off product which is usually irritating. Use with caution. Stop if any adverse reactions occur.

oj_line polyquaternium-37 is film-forming agent.
2nd ingredient
silica is mineral abundant in sandstone, clay, and granite, as well as plants and animals. In cosmetics it is used as an absorbent powder and imparts a smooth and velvety feeling to skin.
3rd ingredient
is water.
4th ingredient
glycerin transports water from the environment and from the lower layers of skin (dermis) to surface skin (epidermis). It softens the skin. Glycerin is a substance naturally present in skin which helps maintain the epidermis and prevent dryness or scaling.
