This does NOT look like a safe product to me...The claim of using thermal spring water is at best questionable. Besides water the second abundant ingredient is denatured alcohol. It is not only extremely drying and irritating to skin, but also generates free-radical damage. As isted as the first few ingredients it means the concentration is significantly high. That is problematic for all skin types.
There are other irritants in this product. See "Not-So-Good". Triethanolamine appears quite early in the ingredient list, too. Like all amines, triethanolamine has the potential for creating nitrosamines. Nitrosamines are readily absorbed through skin and they have been proved to be strong carcinogen. Whether or not the concentrations used in cosmetics should be of concern is still a matter of debate. Better avoid if possible.
Too much fragrance, too.
This product does live up to its name as an intense moisturizer. It contains apricot oil, shea butter, and panthenol (cellular water "pump"). The ingredient ceramides are major structural constituents of skin barrier and therefore important for skin water-retention. Dextrin and sucrose are carbonhydrates that are classified as saccharides. They have good water-binding properties for skin.
The antioxidant power is relatively weak. Worth mentioning is copper gluconate, which has been shown to increase superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels in humans which gurad against free radical damage. Copper may also help collagen synthesis and elastin.
