This toner is richly moisturizing.

The ingredient malachite extract is a stone extract with a strong antioxidant and detoxifying activity. It is a general skin protector. It is particularly recommended for people exposed to radiation generated by computer screens, electric video devices etc.

Would be better without fragrance.

2nd ingredient
 glycerin transports water from the environment and from the lower layers of skin (dermis) to surface skin (epidermis). It softens the skin. Glycerin is a substance naturally present in skin which helps maintain the epidermis and prevent dryness or scaling.
3rd ingredient
 butylene glycol is a humectant or humidifying and delivery ingredient used in cosmetics.
4th ingredient
 rosa centifolia flower water is good emollient oil that has antioxidant propertie.
