The most abundant ingredient in this product is aloe vera so it could be expected that this cleanser will be soothing to the skin. The main cleansing agent decyl glucoside is a mild non-ionic surfactant used in cosmetic formularies including baby shampoo and in products for individuals with a sensitive skin. Many natural personal care companies use this cleanser because it is plant-derived, biodegradable, and gentle for all skin types.
I am concerned about the citrus seed extract though. This ingredient is mainly used as fragrance additive and flavoring agent. It may be irritant to some. For a super sensitive cleanser I would rather they have not put in this ingredient.
