I gave this eye cream 3 star...not that it is terribly bad, but the price $200 is not worth it.
This is a rich eye cream, might be too oily for some skin type.
The claimed ingredient vanilla extract is used in cosmetics primarily as fragrance. But vanilla extract also contains catechins which have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
In terms of eye specific effect, the ingredient hesperidin methyl chalcone stimulates blood circulation and therefore reduces dark circles. Also there are peptide content. Peptides are the segments of proteins and therefore they enhance tissue regeneration. So the peptides may help reduce wrinkles but due to large sizes whether peptides can be delivered to dermis (where protein synthesis occurs) remains a question.
Overall I'd say there are cheaper alternatives.
