This product contains relatively large amount of propylene glycol which is a strong skin irritant. It may not be suitable for breakout-prone skin.

Other than that this looks like a good eye serum for the price with strong anti-oxidant power to firm and prevent aging. But it probably won't be able to correct set-in wrinkles.

Contrary to what's claimed in the label, there is no effective ingredients against dark circles identified in this product.

2nd ingredient		glycerin transports water from the environment and from the lower layers of skin (dermis) to surface skin (epidermis). It softens the skin. Glycerin is a substance naturally present in skin which helps maintain the epidermis and prevent dryness or scaling.
3rd ingredient		butylene glycol is a humectant that helps delivery of the ingredients.
4th ingredient		propylene glycol is a humectant that helps delivery of the ingredients. It could be a strong skin irritant.
