Science: Clarins Super Restorative Day Cream reviewed by NvWah

Clarins put in this product impressive plant-derived moisturizing and antioxidants for especially aging skin. See "The Good". This product should work well in prevention of new wrinkles as well as correcting set-in wrinkles.

This product contains large amount of silicone which will give skin an instant smooth and silky feeling but that is only temporary.

On the other hand it contains quite a few irritant. Won't recommend for age under 35.

1st ingredient		is water.
2nd ingredient		caprylic/capric triglyceride is the mixture of glycerin and caprylic and capric acids. Glycerin transports water from the environment and from the lower layers of skin (dermis) to surface skin (epidermis). It softens the skin. Glycerin is a substance naturally present in skin which helps maintain the epidermis and prevent dryness or scaling.
3rd ingredient		is glycerin. See above.
4th ingredient		cetearyl alcohol is fatty alcohol used as an emollient, emulsifier, thickener, and carrying agent for other ingredients.
