This toner has a lot of plant-derived extract and oil. They have natural ability to moisturize and sooth. It’s a quick fix for dehydrated and stressed skin. But on the other hand the natural fragrant components of these oils, such as lavender, could be a skin irritant for some.

With so much natural fragrance in there already I don’t know why they still put in synthetic fragrance. For this I took away one star.

1st ingredient		is water.
2nd ingredient		butylene glycol is used as a humectant or humidifying and delivery ingredient in cosmetics.
3rd ingredient		citrus aurantium dulcis (Orange) fruit extract may have antioxidant properties but due to its methanol content it can be irritating to skin.
4th ingredient		actinidia chinensis (Kiwi) fruit extract has significant antioxidant vitamin C properties when eaten. Whether that benefit translates into its topical use has not been fully demonstrated. It may have softening, emollient, anti-aging and brightening properties.
