There are ingredients in here that improve the blood circulation in the skin.

Should not be used repeatedly and excessively because it contains eugenol (clove oil), a potent skin irritant and will cause inflammation when overdosed.

But honestly for a price this high I would expect more. For this I took away one star.

2nd ingredient		glyceryl stearate is used as an emollient and thickening agent in cosmetics.
3rd ingredient		sesame oil is natural moisturizing factor and nonfragrant plant oils.
4th ingredient		caprylic/capric triglyceride is the mixed triester of glycerin and caprylic and capric acids. Glycerin transports water from the environment and from the lower layers of skin (dermis) to surface skin (epidermis). It softens the skin. Glycerin is a substance naturally present in skin which helps maintain the epidermis and prevent dryness or scaling.
