This is an alcohol-based toner. The second abundant ingredient is denatured alcohol which is extremely irritating and drying, and even generates free radical damage. In fact there is such large amount of it in this product that it could cause problems for any skin type.
On the other hand there are a handful of soothing ingredients in this product. But I am not positive that would compensate for the damage done by the high alcohol content.
