This is a relatively simple formulation which means each ingredient is more concentrated. There are good water-binding agents that make this product richly moisturizing. Other ingredients sooth the skin.
What concerns me is sodium borate. It's probabaly used to balance the pH of the highly acidic lemon oil. But by itself sodium borate has a pH as high as 9-11. It could be very irritating to skin.
Also due to the lemon oil content, don't use this product on abraded skin.
