This is a multi-tasking toner. The ginseng extract is believed to be refreshing and age-defying but whether that translates into skin benefits needs more research.

There are oil-control ingredients in this toner which makes it a good product for combinational skin.

However there are quite a few irritants present. Use with caution.

oj_line is water.
2nd ingredient
is sea water.
3rd ingredient
castor oil is used in cosmetics as an emollient. When dry it forms a film that can have water-binding properties.
4th ingredient
propylene glycol is safe for use in cosmetics with some qualifications and concentration limit. It is a humectant or humidifying and delivery ingredient used in cosmetics.
5th ingredient
panax ginseng root extract may have potent antioxidant properties and may promote wound healing. Whether or not it can have an impact on cellulite is unknown.
