Analysis shows it is rich in fatty acids, which are the main components of cellular life forms. Algae is well known for its antioxidant and anti-aging effect. This black algae extract is expected to protect and repair skin from UV damage-induced aging and wrinkles, and enhance the cell communication to restore the surface structure. However there is no solid scientific evidence for that yet.

Only if you are into high-end skincare and could afford it...But $360 is not really consumer-friendly, for this I took away half star.

3rd ingredient		peptide is the building blocks of proteins. Proteins regulate virtually all the cellular functions. However, whether sythetic peptides would have any benefits on skin depends on their stablity and diliverablity to the targeted skin cells. This information can’t be easily told just by a name on the ingredient list.
