The product contains a bundle of good water-binding agents which recyle the moisture that is naturally in the skin, no outside water is needed. Therefore it’s a “hydroboost”, even for oily skin because you are using your own water reservoir.
Unusual for Kinersase, this formuation has a particularly long list of preservatives though.
