This toner is particularly good for oily skin. It contains zinc PCA which is a fast-acting oil control ingredient. It also has salicylic acid which targets the multiple mechanisms of blemish.
The red rice vinegar helps tighten the pores but it may be irritating to non-oily skin.
The second abundant ingredient is propylene glycol. It has been reported to provoke skin irritation and sensitization at concentration as low as 2%. Given this is the second abundant ingredient, it might not be safe for some. Use with caution.
