As the name applies, this is a vitamin C-intense treatment. Vitamin C is primarily a potent antioxidant that prevents and reduces sun-caused damage. It also stimulates collagen production therefore plays a role in wrinkle-reducing. Thirdly vitamin C has been proven to brighten the complexion and improve hyperpigmentation.

Other good ingredients include lactic acid (Alpha hydroxy acid, AHA). AHA exfoliates surface cells and reveals fresher new skin. But newly exfoliated skin is more sensitive to UV so keep in mind, always wear sunscreen.

There is a lot of silicone in this product. It’d provide an instant smooth and fine line-reducing effect. But that is only temporary.
