There are lots of good ingredients, and lots of bad ingredients in this lotion.

This lotion is moisturizing for oily skin. With soy protein, honey extract, hyaluronic acid, vitamin B5 and so on, it utilizes the water reserve within the skin to replenish the skin without overly oily.

The antioxidant content is impressive. One of the most abundant ingredient is retinol. Retinol is the primary naturally occurring form of vitamin A. Vitamin A is a cell-communicating factor that maintains the normal function of skin cells. It enhances dry or damaged skin by reducing flaking and restoring suppleness. Vitamin A is also potent antioxidant that prevents aging. Grape seed extract contains very potent antioxidants that diminish free radical damage. It may also have wound-healing properties. Phytonadione (vitamin K) improves blood circulation and even skin tone. Besides there are vitamin E and V, grean tea extract and algae.

Epilobium angustifolium extract is derived from a plant commonly known as fireweed or willow herb. It may have antimicrobial and anti-irritant properties for skin. Other soothing ingredients include oat extrac, meadowsweet extract and allatoin.

Now for the bad ingredients... Arnica extract (Arnica Montana Flower Extract) is a significant skin irritant and sensitizer, and should not be used on injured skin. It is surprising this ingredient would appear in an acne product. The orange extract has antioxidant properties when eaten but topical use is potentially irritating to skin due to its methanol content.

The most alarming ingredient is talc. Talc is naturally occurring silicate mineral of magnesium. Talc is very similar in structure and properties to the potent carcinogen asbestos. Talc have been shown to cause tumors in the ovaries and lungs. In 1973 FDA warned about limiting the amount of asbestos-like talc in cosmetics but no ruling was made. As a result cosmetic grade talc remains non-regulated by the federal government. Even without any asbestos-resemblance cosmetic grade talc has been reported to cause tumors in animal subjects in 1993 National Toxicology Program studies.

I would not recommend this lotion.
