This is a calming gentle cleanser. The only thing of concern is that this product contains triethanolamine (TEA) which has the potential to turn into an extremely potent carcinogen called nitrosodiethanolamine (NDEA). That means it causes cancer! Even more scary, NDEA is easily absorbed through skin. If you still want to use this product, use cold water and rinse it off completely to eliminate skin absorption.

2nd ingredient		glycerin transports water from the environment and from the lower layers of skin (dermis) to surface skin (epidermis). It softens the skin. Glycerin is a substance naturally present in skin which helps maintain the epidermis and prevent dryness or scaling.
3rd ingredient		caprylic/capric triglyceride is the mixed triester of glycerin and caprylic and capric acids.
4th ingredient		cetyl ricinoleate are emollient that moisturizes skin and regulates consistency.
