Nu Skin brand has been in the buzz for a while, claiming all natural ingrdients and not surprisingly, a high price tag.
For $224 I would expect so much more. There are some good anti-aging ingredients, such as glucosamine. Glucosamine is a compound naturally occuring in the body, made from glucose and the amino acid glutamine. Glucosamine is needed to produce glycosaminoglycan, a molecule used in the formation and repair of cartilage and other body tissues. Some research has shown glucosamine in cosmetics has effective anti-aging properties.
Another ingredient is hexapeptide. This is a chain of six amino acids that stimulate cell activity by interacting with specific molecules. It has been shown to rebuild collagen, reduce fine lines and pore size.
Narcissus tazetta bulb extract has significant antioxidant properties. Thus this product should prevent future aging and correct oxidative damage.
Other than that there are not much there worth mentioning. I have to say one can find better priced alternatives.
Fragrance and chlorphenesin are two ingredients I don't want to see, explained in "Not so good".
Safety alert: Cautious
