The second abundant ingredient lauryl lactate is the mixture of lauryl alcohol and lactic acid. Lactic acid is alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) which exfoliates skin surface cells by breaking down the material that holds skin cells together. AHA is also an effective anti-aging ingredient.
There are vitamin A and E and beta glucan, all of them are powerful antioxidants that prevent aging process.
Look out for the irritants.
