For a product that put "retinol" in it name, one would expect retinol should be one of the main ingredients. Turns out retinol is the seventh to the last in a total of 33 ingredients. There is no way of knowing the exact concentration of retinol used in this product. Based on the sequencing it won't be highly concentrated.

Retinol is the primary naturally occurring form of vitamin A. Vitamin A is a cell-communicating factor that maintains the normal function of skin cells. It enhances dry or damaged skin by reducing flaking and restoring suppleness. Vitamin A is also potent antioxidant that prevents aging. How potent the effect will be depends on the concentration.

The sixth abundant ingredient is dimethyl MEA, also known as dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE). There are insufficient evidence demonstrated that DMAE prevents cell deterioration and therefore aging. However according to newer studies DMAE may cause seriously negative reaction in skin cells. None of these studies are conclusive to date.

Another anti-aging ingredient is glycolic acid, also known as AHAs. AHAs is alpha hydroxy acid. AHAs exfoliate the surface skin by breaking up cell-connecting materials. As a result fresh and smoother skin is revealed. AHAs, including glycolic and lactic acid, are widely used to treat aged skin by normalizing thickened skin and increasing skin water content. But the exfoliating properties may also irritate skin. Overdose of AHAs may make users more sensitive to UV radiation. Always wear sunscreen when using AHA products.

The last ingredient copper gluconate has been shown to increase superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels in humans which gurad against free radical damage. Copper may also help collagen synthesis and elastin. But it is the last ingredient, the concentration may be miniscule to be of any effect.

For a product named "deep wrinkle correction" I would really want to see some potent ingredients such as collagen. But I was disappointed.

The moisturizing factors are OK. One good thing is that product is virtually free of significant irritants, except fragrance.
