The product lives up to its promise. As it hydrates and minimizes wrinkles through two mechanism: improve the blood circulation (Glucosyl hesperidin) and fill in with collagen (Hydroxyproline).

This eye cream is richly moisturizing. The second abundant ingredient mineral oil is one of the most effective moisturizing ingredients that rarely causes allergy or clogs pores. The fifth ingredient is petrolatum. Vaseline is pure petrolatum. Petrolatum helps skin recover from damage, reduce inflammation, and protect skin against environment. Another ingredient squalane is oil derived from shark liver or olives. It is a natural component of skin as a good emollient that has antioxidant properties. This product may be too greasy for breakout-prone skin type.

The ingredient arginine HCL is a special form of arginine (amino acid) that's been shown to cause significant increase in blood flow and nutrient delivery. Another amino acid ingredient is hydroxyproline. It is a fundamental component of collagen and other structural proteins. Whether or not topical use can reduce wrinkles has not been fully proved. But it does have proven water-binding properties.

In terms of eye-specific effect, the ingredient glucosyl hesperidin has been scientifically shown to improve circulation when applied to the skin, thus helping to overcome the negative physical effects caused by stress, tiredness and cold. By stimulating surface circulation, glucosyl hesperidin can improve skin tone and colour, helping to combat dark circle, dull complexion, and puffiness.

The ingredient ginger extract has been long used in medicine. It has anti-inflammatory and anti-carcinogenic activity when eaten. It is believed to act as antioxidant topically. However it can be a potent skin irritant.

Other antioxidant content is also impressive such as vitamin C and E. So this product should work well in terms of "anti-wrinkle".

However it contains pure form alcohol and fragrance, both are known skin irritants.
