The product is richly moisturizing. The fifth abundant ingredient squalane is oil derived from shark liver or olives. It is a natural component of skin as a good emollient that has antioxidant properties. The sixth ingredient mineral oil is one of the most effective moisturizing ingredients that rarely causes allergy or clogs pores. The seventh ingredient is petrolatum. Vaseline is pure petrolatum. Petrolatum helps skin recover from damage, reduce inflammation, and protect skin against environment. This product may be too greasy for oily skin type.

The ingredient arginine HCL is a special form of arginine (amino acid) that's been shown to cause significant increase in blood flow and nutrient delivery. Another amino acid ingredient is hydroxyproline. It is a fundamental component of collagen and other structural proteins. Whether or not topical use can reduce wrinkles has not been fully proved. It has water-binding properties.

The ingredient ginger extract has been long used in medicine. It has anti-inflammatory and anti-carcinogenic activity when eaten. It is believed to act as antioxidant topically. However it can be a potent skin irritant.

Thi cream is full of antioxidants including vitamin C and E and algae extract that help prevent signs of aging.

However there are quite a few irritants including potassium hydroxide. Used as pH adjusters, potassium hydroxide is strong chemical that can cause severe irritaion, even burning sensation. Other than that there are fragrance and coloring additives.
