The ingredient eysenhardtia polystachya (Palo Azul) wood extract is natural moisturizing factor. This toner also contains small amount of antioxidants such as peony root extract and rosemary extract.

Not good for sensitive or dry skin.

Would be better without fragrance.

2nd ingredient		dipropylene glycol are used as solvents and viscosity decreasing agents in cosmtics.
3rd ingredient		butylene glycol is a humectant and help delivery of the ingredients.
4th ingredient		glycerin transports water from the environment and from the lower layers of skin (dermis) to surface skin (epidermis). It softens the skin. Glycerin is a substance naturally present in skin which helps maintain the epidermis and prevent dryness or scaling.
