I seriously hope this ingredient list is not complete, seriously!

The sea water in this toner, well, I don’t know how “pure” it really it, that depends on the source and purification process. How effective it is towards keeping skin moisturized, honestly, I don’t know.

Other than the water, there is only preservative and fragrance in there. So basically, the product is just fragrance diluted by salty water. I would not want to rub that onto my face.

2nd ingredient		methylparaben is preservative.
3rd ingredient		fragrance can be a potent skin irritant and sentisizor.
