I am not sure if the ingredient list is complete...there are only five ingredients in this product? Without any binders or fillers? That's almost impossible formulation-wise.
If the ingredient list is complete...this looks like a concentrated vitamin C boost. 20% is the highest content it could be of vitamin C in over-the-counter product. The ingredient ascorbic acid is the other name for vitamin C. It is used as potent antioxidant to repair free radical damage. In its more stable L-ascorbic acid form, it can have skin lightening effect. It is also important in regeneration of collagen fibers.
I don't exactly know what "AOX" technology is implied in the name given so limited ingredient information.
The next ingredient zinc sulfate is the inorganic salt of zinc with sulfuric acid. It is used as a cosmetic astringent and cosmetic biocide that eliminiates harmful microorganisms. Thus this product may be effective in killing acne-causing bacteria which makes it suitable for oily skin.
The ingredient phenoxyethanol is the aromatic ether alcohol. It is one of the less irritating preservatives used in cosmetic.
The last ingredient sodium hyaluronate is the sodium salt of hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is a natural component of skin tissue that is used in skin-care products as a good water-binding agent.
The biggest question about this product is that whether they hide some less-pleasing ingredients. The price is also on the very high end of the scale. For this I take away half-star.
