This is a moisturizer intended for dry skin, with lanolin content. Lanolin is very thick substance derived from the sebaceous glands of sheep. Lanolin is a rich emollient especially for dry skin. It can cause breakouts for someone with oily skin. To sensitive skin it may be a irritant.

Vitamin E is the super-potent and skin-friendly antioxidant. It dissolves better in fat or oil than in water, hence it should work nicely with lanolin. Vitamin is efficient against UV-radiation damage.

But one concerning ingredient is triethanolamine. Triethanolamine is used in cosmetics as a pH balancer. Like all amines, it has the potential for creating nitrosamines. Nitrosamines are readily absorbed through skin and they have been proved to be strong carcinogen. Whether or not the concentrations used in cosmetics should be of concern is still a matter of debate. Better avoid if possible.

There is a lot of paraben preservatives. Parabens are the kind of preservatives that are being phased out due to possible side effects.

It will be better if they didn't put fragrance in it.
