The first ingredient is saponified oils of palm. "Saponified" means the soap is the product of the chemical reaction between the vegetable oil (or animal fat) and a strong alkali. To make solid soap, the commonly used alkali is sodium hydroxide. This will be a significant irritant if not completely consumed in the reaction or removed. According to the manufacturers, they "removes excess alkali from the soap". So hopefully this will not be an issue.
Coconut extract is the main cleansing agent here. The product is also moisturizing with olive oil, palm oil.
The only difference between the aloe and oatmeal bars is that aloe bar contains aloe and oatmeal bar contains oatmeal extract. Aloe soothes minor irritation that may happen to skin. Oatmeal extract can be used as exfoliators and have anti-irritant and anti-inflammatory properties. So the aloe bar may be more suitable for sensitive skin.
However both bars contain lavender extract and oil, which is primarily a fragrance ingredient. It may have antiseptic, antibacterial, anti-viral, anti-toxic and anti-inflammatory properties but it has not been translated into skin benefits. The fragrant component can be a skin irritant.
