This is an Ok moisturizer.
Besides water the second abundant ingredient is hamamelis virginiana which is witch hazel extract. It has potent antioxidant properties and some anti-irritant properties. But witch hazel also has a high alcohol and tannin content, both of which can be irritating overdosed. Given there is so much in the product, I would suggest use with caution.
The other ingredient that may cause problem is ranunculus ficaria extract. It may have anti-inflammative properties. But it can cause skin irritation and sensitivity to sun rays. Wear sunscrean after using this product.
The palm oil ingredient is an excellent moisturizing factor and antioxidant. In addition the product does have a rich content of soothing botanical extract.
There are no effective ingredients addressing existing wrinkles and fine lines.
